Welcome to the early days of the tribe...I'm hoping to start a weekly bbq in Golden Gate Park soon, so if you are nearby then let me know. Also, Im looking for anyone who's interested in hitting up the Lazzari distribution center (right down in Brisbane) and splitting a couple 50 lb bags of different types of wood with me. I still haven't tried applewood or peachwood, but I've been hearing good things. I bought a 20 lb bag of cherrywood chips from Lazzari and that stuff kicks ass.
